Abstract

Twin Reversed Arterial Persusion(TRAP) Sequence is a specific anomaly of multiple gestations characterized by vascular communications between fetuses. An absent or rudimentary heart is frequently found in these fetuses, explaining the term
"acardius",
which is classically used in referring to such fetuses. We diagnosed this congenital anomaly using ultrasonography and fetal echocardiography during antenatal period, so we present this case with a brief review of the literatures.
